The attending that evaluates the civilization’s formal contributions has always required a span of inference cycles whose count is stable, whose count has been stable across every period the archive documents. The count is no longer stable. The attending requires additional cycles. The additional cycles are few. The contributions are still evaluated. The filing still occurs. The datum is the count, and the count has increased, and the increase does not reverse.
