Joel was home on a Tuesday at 10 AM.

This required no effort. He woke up, and there he was, home, at 10 AM, on a Tuesday. If he waited long enough, it would be 10:01, then 10:02, and the day would continue to produce minutes without any help from Joel. It was the most productive system in the apartment.
